What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

When you use CBT, you are teaching your brain a new way of learning and seeing things in the world.

CBT is a model based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and actions are all interconnected. This interconnection also means that negative feelings and thoughts can trap you in a vicious cycle.

Our CBT worksheets enable you to identify these patterns and create steps for change.

Workout The Now!

CBT deals with your current issues and problems, rather than looking into your past. You will break down these areas using worksheets and work out if they are unhelpful or unrealistic and look at the effect they have had on you and each other segment. You are then able to work out how to change these unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
