Banana & Chocolate Overnight Oats

If you are always on the go and has little to no time to prepare for breakfast, we have an awesome fix to help you! As a bonus, this meal is sweet and luscious it’ll be an amazing healthy treat.

Here are the easy to find ingredients:

1 cup (240ml) almond milk

2 scoops (60g), vanilla protein powder

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened

1 cup (80g) rolled oats

2 tbsp. cocoa nibs

To get started, place the almond milk, vanilla protein powder, banana and cocoa powder into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

Then pour the mix into a sealable container, add the rolled oats and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

When ready to eat, top with cocoa nibs.
