Today is day 5 of your 7 Day Hypnotherapy Weight Loss Kick Start. You’re feeling more robust, more confident, and you have a ‘knowing’ that this time that you are going to be healthy for life.

Imagine sitting down in your favourite restaurant with your favourite ‘binge’ food on the menu… you know the one. The one you get every time without even looking at the menu.

But this time is different. This time, it doesn’t even sound good. This time, you know how terrible you’ll feel if you choose this ‘staple’ in your diet again. It doesn’t appeal to you at all.

Instead, you’re excited to explore the other parts of the menu for healthier choices.

This is no longer going to be a vision in your mind, this is now your truth.

Today, you do your last Mirror Work.

You will embody the truth that you can have power over your cravings, no matter the scenario, no matter the habit.

By using hypnosis and subconscious work, you can break free of those unhealthy cravings to only crave healthy, energy bursting food.

Remember you are always in control of your choices!
