Today, we start the process of being ready of letting go of your extra fat and letting go of the protection it has given you all these years from stepping out into your true self.

I am going to guide you through a powerful Mirror Work exercise to enable you to let go of the extra weight that you have surrounded yourself in.

It is time to let go of the protection and recognize that you are safe to be seen.

It is safe to be attractive! It is safe to shine your light!

The world deserves to see you at your brightest, highest self!

Remember you deserve to look & feel beautiful!

Journaling

Take a moment to speak to your extra fat and ask it what it is protecting you from. Hold on to that part of your body and literally ask it. Write down whatever you hear back intuitively. I want you to write with the non-dominant hand. Once writing do not hesitate or stop, let every thought hit the paper and do not try to rationalise it. Finish when you feel yourself come to a natural pause. Step away for 5 minutes, then come back to it and read it to yourself.
