This first Session is called: FOCUS YOUR MIND & GET BACK IN CONTROL

We kick start this challenge with a hypnotherapy that will get you inspired, empowered and truly believing that you are in the driver’s seat of your weight loss journey.

Day one is about GAINING CONTROL.

How many times have you given up because it ‘just wasn’t working’?

How many times do you justify that sugary treat, that pizza or that 2nd or even 3rd glass of wine because you’ve been ‘so good’ or you’re ‘so hungry!’?

Are you tired of failing?

Good.

Now is the time to get your BRAIN in the driver’s seat to take control of your weight loss efforts to get it off and KEEP it off, for good.

In this first hypnotherapy session, we are going to delete these negative patterns. We’re going to break the habitual thought processes that make you completely forget you’re yearning to be healthy when you’re reaching for that soda or chip.

Journaling

Throughout this week, I ask you to keep a journal so that you can document the shifts in your feelings and measure how far you have come. Today take a few minutes before you do the Hypnotherapy session and write down your biggest struggles with weight loss. Make a big colossal list or write in detail about what’s happening. The choice is entirely yours how you do it, just make sure you get everything about your struggles out your system and on to the paper!
