By now, you’re beginning to realize how important your mind is in your weight loss journey.

68% of all Americans need to lose weight.

But, it’s not just about how you look. Did you know that the extra tire around your waistline may be shrinking your brain, creating memory problems, and causing future diseases like heart disease, diabetes and even cancer?

It’s time to get real about that extra weight, and in today’s session, you’ll start to do the real work: shifting your relationship with food.

Today, you’ll do affirmations in front of a mirror. We call this Mirror Work.

You know that your body deserves and THRIVES on an abundance of nourishing food. This isn’t about denying your body what it needs to thing and perform at it’s best.

Today, we learn to focus on the food that supports every cell in our body to make us feel healthy and alive every day (and slim!).

Remember you deserve to look & feel beautiful!

Journaling – (& Shopping!)

Please write in your journal a list of all the foods that cause you the most struggles when it comes to will power. Then, please write what you’re going to replace each item with the next time they cross your path.

Add these items to your shopping list and purchase them ASAP. This will enable you to be prepared for those weaker moments. Remember, Operation Goddess isn’t about denial; it is about choice! Have better options available to you at all times so that you can make better choices.

Affirmations

Choose an affirmation to support your new relationship with food as you move from denial to abundance. Use some of the affirmations from today’s Mirror Work, create your own or be inspired by the below.

I nourish my body with an abundance of fabulous food.
I choose to love my body by giving it nourishing food.
Nourishing food is the fuel to my happiness.
